Alasdair Munro
Office Manager / Director
Having spent a large proportion of his career in the Industrial sector holding multiple positions offshore including Inspection Engineer, Offshore Integrity Supervisor, and Superintendent. Alasdair has brought an exuberant knowledge of health & Safety, Procedural compliance along with task planning. His day-to-day duties include liaising with clients and organisation of the scaffold tasks and overall business development.
When Alasdair is not working, he spends his time with his wife and two children
Kevin Reilly
Scaffold & Contracts Manager
Kevin brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years in the scaffolding industry, working with some of the largest companies in Edinburgh.
Before joining AMF Access Services, Kevin worked with Boss Scaffolding for 10 years and held positions as a charge hand and later as a foreman for the company. He joined AMF Access Services in July 2023 and was recently promoted to Scaffold Manager in July 2024. Kevin’s day-to-day duties include running the scaffold teams and liaising with the clients.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys going on holidays, dining in nice restaurants, and spending time with his family.
Mark Ford
Operations Director
With a wealth of experience in the construction sector, Mark was the former owner of Boss Scaffolding and is now a major shareholder in AMF Access Services, Mark is at the helm of all day-to-day operations. His unwavering knowledge and expertise make him an integral part of our team.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, passionately following his favourite football teams, and savouring exquisite cuisine at top restaurants.
Thomas Dudgeon
Charge hand & Project Manager Apex
Thomas is an invaluable member of the team, serving as a charge hand and Project Manager for our Apex Roofing contract. Boasting 20 years of experience in the scaffolding industry working with the largest of companies, Thomas possesses a wealth of knowledge that greatly benefits our organisation. Since joining AMF, Thomas has successfully taken on the role of managing the Apex roofing contract, showcasing his exceptional project management skills during the Cockenzie Substation project in conjunction with Luddon Construction and Scottish Power.
As AMF continues to expand, we anticipate Thomas’s role to evolve in line with our growth.
In his free time, Thomas enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Stephen Kelly
Adv Scaffolder / Chargehand
Stephen brings a fantastic wealth of experience to the company. With two decades of scaffolding knowledge with a large majority of that in the industrial sector there aren’t many jobs that Stephen has not been a part of. Stephen’s knowledge puts him in good stead to assist the younger generation who are coming through and he has been hugely impactful since his joining to the company in 2024.
In his spare time Stephen enjoys watching Celtic football club and enjoying time with his family and friends.
Andrew Dempster
Scaffold Team Leader
Andrew previously worked with Boss Scaffolding and has continued his development with AMF Access Services having joined us Q4 2023. Andrew has a strong future ahead of him and will continue to develop further. He has recently been promoted into a team leader position running a team of three personnel.
In his spare time Andrew plays for Musselburgh FC Athletic, www.musselburghathletic.co.uk, enjoys travelling and spending time with friends.
Josh White
Part 01 scaffolder / Apprentice
Josh joined AMF Access Services as a school leaver and he has flourished since joining. Josh is going through a full CITB apprenticeship and is quickly establishing himself as an important member of the AMF team. Josh is the future of the industry and AMF will continue to assist in his development in the coming years.
In his spare time Josh enjoy’s fishing and spending time with friends
Liam Falconer
COTS Labourer
Liam has worked within the scaffolding sector for three years but since joining AMF has demonstrated his willingness to learn and be part of a team. He is now stepping forward to becoming a trainee scaffolder in 2025 having recently completed his COTS course in August 2024.
Liam has a strong future ahead of him and we at AMF want to continue to train from within and install our belief systems into the team from the get-go.
In Liam’s spare time, he plays rugby and spends time with family including his young daughter and close friends.
Michael Davidson
Labourer / Adult apprenticeship
Declan Oswald
Labourer
Declan recently joined the company in July 2024 and has been a fantastic addition to our growing group of personnel. Declan has a strong future ahead of him and we hope to see him develop into a fully qualified scaffolder in the future.
In his spare time he enjoys playing football and spending time with family and friends.
