Alasdair Munro
Office Manager / Director
Having spent a large proportion of his career in the Industrial sector holding multiple positions offshore including Inspection Engineer, Offshore Integrity Supervisor, and Superintendent. Alasdair has brought an exuberant knowledge of health & Safety, Procedural compliance along with task planning. His day-to-day duties include liaising with clients and organisation of the scaffold tasks and overall business development.
When Alasdair is not working, he spends his time with his wife and two children
Mark Ford
Operations Director
With a wealth of experience in the construction sector, Mark was the former owner of Boss Scaffolding and is now a major shareholder in AMF Access Services, Mark is at the helm of all day-to-day operations. His unwavering knowledge and expertise make him an integral part of our team.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, passionately following his favourite football teams, and savouring exquisite cuisine at top restaurants.
Kevin Reilly
Scaffold & Contracts Manager
Kevin brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years in the scaffolding industry, working with some of the largest companies in Edinburgh.
Before joining AMF Access Services, Kevin worked with Boss Scaffolding for 10 years and held positions as a charge hand and later as a foreman for the company. He joined AMF Access Services in July 2023 and was recently promoted to Scaffold Manager in July 2024. Kevin’s day-to-day duties include running the scaffold teams and liaising with the clients.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys going on holidays, dining in nice restaurants, and spending time with his family.
Stephen Kelly
Adv Scaffolder / Chargehand
Stephen brings a fantastic wealth of experience to the company. With two decades of scaffolding knowledge with a large majority of that in the industrial sector there aren’t many jobs that Stephen has not been a part of. Stephen’s knowledge puts him in good stead to assist the younger generation who are coming through and he has been hugely impactful since his joining to the company in 2024.
In his spare time Stephen enjoys watching Celtic football club and enjoying time with his family and friends.
Stephen Elliot
Chargehand
Steven joined us in November 2024 and has been a breath of fresh air. He has worked in various locations in the UK on a multitude of large scale projects. Steven came in immediately as a chargehand and we look forward to supporting his growth and future development within our growing company.
Steven is a family man and enjoys spending time with them in his spare time.
Tomas Milisauskas
HGV Driver / Labourer
Tomas brings a wealth of HGV, transport and logistic knowledge to the company. Tomas currently drives the 7.5t lorry but is well equipped to drive a much larger vehicle and has been recently trained in the use of a HIAB. AMF Access now has the operators license to have 3x HGV vehicles on the road. Tomas’s role will grow as AMF does. We look forward to seeing Tomas’s role grow and develop alongside the company.
Tomas is a family man and loves all things to do with transport! Tomas has been a great addition to the company.
Josh White
Part 01 Scaffolder / Apprentice
Josh joined AMF Access Services as a school leaver and he has flourished since joining. Josh is going through a full CITB apprenticeship and is quickly establishing himself as an important member of the AMF team. Josh is the future of the industry and AMF will continue to assist in his development in the coming years.
In his spare time Josh enjoy’s fishing and spending time with friends.
Michael Davidson
Labourer / Adult apprenticeship
Michael has been in the industry for several years and has been with AMF Access Services since day one. He is a huge part of our team and we have recently put him forward for a full adult apprenticeship with CITB.
AMF will support Michael through being a fully qualified part 02 scaffolder.
Declan Oswald
Labourer
Declan recently joined the company in July 2024 and has been a fantastic addition to our growing group of personnel. Declan has a strong future ahead of him and we hope to see him develop into a fully qualified scaffolder in the future.
In his spare time he enjoys playing football and spending time with family and friends.
Jay Willis
Chargehand
Jay has been a fantastic addition to the company. He comes from a family of scaffolders and his knowledge, dedication and desire to achieve is commendable for the young age that he currently is. Jay came in as a scaffolder as part of a team but was quickly brought up to a chargehand role by Kevin Reilly. We look forward to completing further training with Jay and bringing him on through his career with us.
In his spare time Jay spends time with his friends and thinking about all things scaffolding!
Peter Stone
Office Junior
Peter has joined us straight from school. initially being taken on as an apprentice scaffolder however due to a historical knee injury which has prevented him taking up this role full time he shall join the office staff working full time from Dundas street. Initially Peter will start as an office junior completing a range of admin tasks but we have high hopes for the future for Peter as he has shown to have a fantastic energy and great can do attitude.
In his spare time Peter enjoys his time with friends, family and playing football.
James Cantwell
Chargehand
James joined our team in January 2025. He brings a wealth of experience having worked with some of the largest companies in the industry. His knowledge base is invaluable to our growing company.
James has a bright future ahead of him and has a keen interest in developing himself further and potentially sees himself getting into scaffold design.
Ian Murray
Labourer
Ian is an extremely valued member of our growing company. He has a can-do attitude with no task being of a problem to him. We hope to assist Ian in his development and certainly hope that he remains within our company for a long time.
In his spare time he enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Lee Gibb
Scaffolder
Lee is a recently qualified part 02 scaffolder who has settled in well since joining. Lee has all the makings of an extremely competent scaffolder. He has many years left within the industry and we look forward to assisting him in any direction he wishes to take his fledging career.
In his spare time he spends time with his close friends.
Brandon Hazlet
Labourer
Brandon was completely green to the industry when he joined our team. In the time that he has been with AMF Access Services however he is doing well and embracing the learnings that he is being taught. He has a bright future ahead of him and we will support him n his journey.
In his spare time Brandon enjoys boxing which he has recently taken up and spending time with his friends.
